		<description>No. It&#039;s a marketing ploy. They have been trying to market these eReader or eBook things for years now (probably over a decade). The only thing different about this one is that you are locked into buying books from Amazon now, instead of whoever you wish. Sounds like a move out of Apple&#039;s playbook.

Anyways, my Nintendo DS can do this as well as play all of the video games made for it. I&#039;d rather not have to carry around two devices if I ever do decide to give up the trusty paperback (not happening!).&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
