They have been trying to market these eReader or eBook things for years now (probably over a decade). The only thing different about this one is that you are locked into buying books from Amazon now, instead of whoever you wish. Sounds like a move out of Apple's playbook. Anyways, my Nintendo DS can do this as well as play all of the video games made for it.
