am just a few chapters from finishing this novel and am very eager to get someone knowledgable about literature to at least look through the book and appraise each chapter. It will be part of Project Gutenberg and may then go into the digital library at the University of Pennsylvania so I need the feedback of someone who is a voracious reader of contemporary literature (either a writer of such books or a critic) because it needs to be as perfect as possible before becoming part of these collections

I am a writer and do not normally read contemporary literature. I would recommend going to a site called www.writersweekly.com to post this question about sources to get someone to help you in your efforts. You must join to post anything in the forum, but it is free.
Hope this helps
