eBook reader review

I got to know that there is a product in the market for people with poor eyesight, which helps read aloud /narrate paper books (not a E-Reader which reads electronic/digital data, but printed books). Apparently, it is being prescribed by a few doctors in India. If anybody has any information on this device, please let me know.
