The main drawback …
The main drawback is the tiny 6″ screen… pretty much useless for PDF files, let alone normal text. 8″ is the minimum needed for a letter or A4 sized PDF.
Also, the irex iliad has hand writing capability, not just a touch screen.

Too bad the …
Too bad the touch-screen doesn’t allow annotations like on the iRex Illiad, and too bad no WiFi nor HSDPA built-in for reading the Internet, blogs and more.
