Does anyone have advise and or recommendations on buying an e-book reader?

I would like one that has a built in dictionary and about the size of a hardback book.

You are better off with a low end Pocket PC device like Casio or Acer or Palm based PDA as almost all eBook readers (Franklin,PDAMan etc) have seemed to failed.
