If you want to vote for a particular candidate, you put an &quot;X&quot; in the circle for that candidate. Then you fold up the piece of paper and put it in a ballot box, to be counted by human beings.

We have this system in Canada and can get the votes of a nation of 30 million people counted in an evening. It works just fine.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
