There are a lot of electronic book readers on the market at the moment i.e. the Irex Digital reader, iliad reader and E-reader but none of these have configurable colour settings, they are all black writing on a white background. Is there anything available which allows the user to change the colour of the background?
Not at the moment. Right now, the most that you can do is adjust backlight in some of the available models.

Been reading ebooks since 2003, currently shopping around for an ebook reader. My current ebook reading device is a Pocket PC, but I would like a specialized device for my ebooks, with a bigger screen.
