The Sony Portable Reader System looks a little better than the Kindle. As far as delivery to Belgium you may need to set up a US Address with a company like Bongo International. It’s simple to do and once you have it you can shop for the particular eBook you like at any website you want. Most American websites do not ship outside the states. Some good US sites for electronics I have bought from are NewEgg, Amazon, and Tigerdirect.com
